    Not Free but he loss lot of money so calling will not affect his balance...

    He can do complete talk to them in $3-4 from skype

    paypal customer service is really shit !

    somebody stole me about 1500 € on my accounts , hopefully they blocked my account and eventually i got back my money but my account has been blocked for months and i had no answer to my mail asking for a way to reactivate it

    paypal is a fine service as long as you don't have any serious problem

    I hate it when it happens.

    I keep my accounts secure, but more than likely you were targeted mate.
